I have found my hidden secret as to why I am not losing weight.
After 1 and half hours of training every other day it has come to my attention that my eating a falafel yiro with chips and a coke is not helping my weight loss at all. Gee and I wonder why after four months of training I am getting no where. So this is my proclamation. If I allow any fatting food to enter my mouth may I be stuck by lightning. So either I am going to lose this weight or I am going to be one crispy girl.
